Sleeve Pattern Drafting From Bicep Measurement
You don't have to calculate sleeve cap height.
I found a lot of my students struggling to figure out how to determine sleeve cap height. But here's a way easier approach to find out sleeve cap height. Start with bicep measurement.
If you have a good reference sample, you can simply measure the bicep. Or decide how much ease you want to add to the bicep. Then you don't have to worry about sleeve cap height.
To draft sleeve patterns, you need the front armhole length & back armhole length from the body patterns. And if you know the bicep width, sleeve cap height will determine by itself.
