Flared Skirt _ 180' & 360'
For 360' flared skirt, whole circle is your waist circumference.
And for 180' flared skirt, half circle is your waist circumference.
Once you draw guide line, vertical line and horizontal line, you can calculate where your waistline should be.
The radius for 360' flared skirt: Waist Circumference / 6.28
The radius for 180' flared skirt: Waist Circumference / 3.14
After you draw your waist as a whole circle or half circle, then you need to adjust waist curve.
