Cowl Neck / Pleated Cowl Neck Pattern Making
A cowl neck is a neckline consisting of loosely draped fabric around the collarbone. You can simply open the center front to have the fabric fall. Or you can have pleats or gathering on the shoulder seam to have richer draping. You can make a cowl neck on your top or dress.
In the video, I show you how to cut and open the pattern, so you have a cowl neckline. You'll learn how to make a 1-piece facing, so you don't have a seam on the neckline.
